CMRA Disclosure (Mailbox 고객 의무 고지)

As a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) authorized by the United States Postal Service, Prime Pack&Ship is legally required to comply with USPS regulations for mailbox services.

Requirements:

All mailbox holders must complete and submit:

• USPS Form 1583, signed in presence of our staff or notarized

• Two valid forms of ID (one must be a government-issued photo ID)

Business users must also provide:

• Proof of company registration (e.g., business license or Articles of Incorporation)

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel mailbox services if:

• Required documentation is not submitted

• Mailbox is used for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
