Due to the nature of our service-based offerings, we maintain the following policies:

Non-Refundable Services

  • Mailbox rental fees (after payment is processed)

  • Completed shipping or packaging services

  • Notary or fingerprinting services

Refundable Scenarios

  • Duplicate payment (within 14 days)

  • Services not rendered due to our error

  • Retail products (unopened, within 7 days, with receipt)
